I broke out this polka dot beauty when I overheard a customer talking about how she wants to spend $$$ on a polka dot skirt. This skirt was one of the best things $5.00 has ever gotten me.

Oh it is so true; my cheapy thrifty finds see more daylight for some reason than my expensive pieces. I think it's the fact that they cost so little than I feel ok to experiment with them and run around and dirty them up.
